At just 5 MB, the app is incredibly lightweight, making it easy to download and use even on devices with limited storage.

The core mission of SketchPad is to transform your screen into a blank canvas with zero hassle. Unlike many other drawing apps that come packed with complicated menus and features, SketchPad keeps things refreshingly simple — it’s just you and your creativity.

Once installed, you can start creating right away. No setup, no tutorials — just open the app and begin.

The “Shake to Clear” function works best in stable environments. It's not recommended during transit — unless you're okay with accidental clears! That said, it's perfect for quick sketches when you're waiting around and want to pass the time creatively.

SketchPad works completely offline, allowing you to create anytime, anywhere. However, sharing features may require an internet connection to function properly.

Storage permission is requested solely to save your creations locally on your device. Rest assured, your data remains private — [ttpp] does not access or steal your files.

By default, exported images are saved to /Pictures/SketchPad/. You can change this directory via the Settings menu to better suit your preferences. If you save sketches to /DCIM/Camera/, they should appear in most gallery apps. On Android 10 and above, due to system-level storage changes, all images are saved to /Android/data/com.kanishka_developer.SketchPad/files/Pictures, regardless of custom settings.
