EA Sports FC Mobile brings home the holidays with new Festive Fixtures takeover

• EA Sports FC Mobile is preparing a holiday-themed takeover
• Festive Fixtures will align with real-life action occurring throughout Christmas
• You can claim exclusive rewards, special offers, and in-game events based on actual fixtures

While Netflix has secured the exclusive license for the first proper FIFA title to arrive on mobile, EA continues to thrive with its own FC Mobile. Now, to celebrate the holidays, the game is getting festive with a new Festive Fixtures takeover event.

Running from today until January 15th, the Festive Fixtures event will sync with seasonal matches spread across five chapters. Essentially, you can experience some of the same action happening on real-life pitches, featuring plenty of fresh and exciting content inspired by events throughout the season.

Beyond that, during the event, you'll be able to unlock exclusive rewards like retro-themed kits to further customize your squad. There will also be special offers for in-game purchases linked to real-life fixtures and ongoing events.

The Beautiful Game

It's hardly unusual for a football simulation to tie into real-world on-pitch action. After all, it makes sense that if you play EA Sports FC, you're likely also a fan of the sport itself. However, features like in-game quizzes and video packages tailored for fans are still sure to be well-received.

In fact, if you typically skip watching football during the festive season, this event might change your mind. EA Sports FC Mobile will feature dynamic stats influenced by real-world fixtures throughout the entire event!

This provides a compelling reason to jump into EA Sports FC Mobile this year. But if you're also looking for something new to try, we've got you covered. Check out our list of the best sports games on iOS for more recommendations!
