"Netflix's Golden Idol DLC 'Sins of New Wells' Launches Soon"
Netflix's thrilling game, *Rise of the Golden Idol*, is set to expand its universe with its first DLC, *The Sins of New Wells*, launching on mobile devices. This exciting addition is scheduled to release on March 4th and will also be available on PC and consoles. Mobile gamers can rejoice as this DLC will be completely free, included as part of Netflix Gaming.
What’s in Store?
Prepare for an even deeper plunge into mystery, crime, and the enigmatic Lemurian magic. *The Sins of New Wells* takes place in a city riddled with unprecedented issues. Homicide detective Roy Samson finds himself transferred to the 9th District, a notorious area where justice is a rare commodity.
Corruption permeates every corner, and crime is the standard mode of operation. Alongside his new partner, Cliff Savea, Roy delves into a series of brutal crimes, uncovering a sinister undercurrent that's far more dangerous than they initially realized.
This DLC introduces four gripping new cases to the game: *Following Orders*, *Trouble Unleashed*, *The Raid*, and *Unraveling*. Each case is a complex web of crime, deceit, and mystery. Players will need to untangle these narratives, determining who is lying, who is hiding secrets (spoiler: everyone), and how the puzzle pieces interconnect.
To crack these cases, players will interrogate mostly dishonest characters and navigate through intricate puzzles. Be prepared for the madness that has engulfed New Wells.
Are You a Netflix Subscriber?
For mobile players, *The Sins of New Wells* will be available starting at 9 AM PT or 5 PM GMT on the launch day. Color Gray Games has hinted that this is just the beginning, with at least four more DLCs planned for 2025.
*Rise of the Golden Idol* has already established itself as a premier modern detective game. If you're a Netflix subscriber, you can enjoy this game for free on the Google Play Store.
