The Pokemon Go Tour Wraps Its UK Stop

It's bittersweet news for Pokemon trainers across the UK — the official Pokemon Go Tour truck has finished its journey through the country. That unmistakable red-and-grey mobile experience has rolled onto its next destination, leaving behind plenty of fond memories (and maybe a few FOMO feels). But here's the silver lining: we've got the inside scoop straight from the event!

Attendees weren't just treated to real-world fun — the event showered players with incredible in-game rewards too. Even trainers exploring the surrounding city areas could collect Lures, PokéStops, and enough Poké Balls to last several catching sprees!

What's Next for Pokemon Go Events?

While the UK leg might be over, this clearly marks the beginning of Niantic's expanded focus on real-world community events. The developer is doubling down on these experiences across all its games, including Pikmin Bloom and likely future titles.  

The international rollout continues this year with Paris hosting the first-ever Pokémon stamp rally outside Japan. Expect major Pokemon Go integrations, special spawns, and exclusive activities for trainers attending in person.
