**How does it work?**

1. **Download the App** - Start by downloading the Rent Ready app on your device.
2. **Scan the QR code when you walk in** - Upon entering our space, simply scan the QR code to access the amenities.
3. **That's all! Smooth. Simple. As it should be.** - Enjoy a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive.

**Enjoy the space with all its amenities:** high-speed WiFi, private phone booths, printers, lockers, meeting rooms, and more. Dive into the luxury of unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar, featuring specialty coffee beans meticulously selected and roasted by our partners at 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee' (London's first carbon-negative coffee company). Additionally, savor unlimited fruits and artisan pastries to fuel your day.

**And of course,** you can leave at your convenience. Simply scan the QR code to walk out, whether it's after a quick 30-minute session or a full 12-hour workday. Payment is automatically processed when you decide to end your session, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

**How much does it cost?**

1. **You only pay for the time you spend inside the space:** at a rate of £9.20 per hour (or 15p per minute), capped at £54 per day (all prices include VAT).
2. **The meeting room** (accommodating up to 6 people) is available for £60 per hour (i.e., £50 + VAT) and can be pre-booked directly through the app, with bookings available in 30-minute slots.

**Where are we located?**

1. **Our first location** is in the heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ.
2. **Other locations** are set to open soon across the UK, bringing our unique services to more communities.
