UNO Star is a customer engagement program offering loyalty benefits. It digitally connects UNO Minda retailers, mechanics, and consumers on a single platform.
Customers register through the app or with UNO Minda representatives, subject to approval based on terms and conditions. Enrollment is complete only after approval.
The app is accessible to all successfully enrolled UNO Minda customers (mechanics, retailers, and end consumers), each with category-specific benefits.
Retailers:
Retailers can submit retailer loyalty coupons, view the e-catalog, register mechanics, redeem mechanic points on their mechanics' behalf, and place orders using the UNO Star app.
Mechanics:
Mechanics receive loyalty benefits, redeeming coupon points on selected UNO Minda products featuring UNO Star coupons. They can also view the e-catalog.
Consumers:
Consumers can browse the e-catalog, learn about UNO Minda products, and search for vehicle spare parts by type and OEM category.
UNO STAR is a decent app for loyalty benefits, but the registration process can be a bit cumbersome. Once you're in, the rewards are nice, but I wish there were more options for consumers.
