There could be several reasons for this issue. First, ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you're using the latest version of the app. Common issues include:

a. Mismatch between your interactive user and your VUU user. This typically results in the application failing to load.

b. Your VIU user might not be activated or lacks the necessary permissions. You might encounter a blank page within the app.

c. Your session might have been terminated. User sessions are closed at regular intervals. To resolve this, tap the authority button at the top right to log out, then log back in.

2-) How can I reset my password?

Our system integrates with Interaktif, allowing you to reset your password directly through the Interaktif platform.

3-) Why am I not receiving notifications?
