High on Life 2 Coming to PC, PS5, Xbox & Game Pass

Squanch Games has revealed High on Life 2 during Xbox Games Showcase 2025, confirming a winter release for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, including Game Pass availability.

Return to the Absurd First-Person Shooter Universe

The sequel continues the development team's signature blend of cartoonish visuals and irreverent first-person shooter action. Building upon its 2022 predecessor's formula, the game promises more outrageous weapon-based comedy.

From Controversial Debut to Beloved Franchise

The original High on Life launched to polarized reception amidst controversy surrounding co-creator Justin Roiland's involvement. Despite this, it found significant success on Xbox Game Pass and even spawned rumors of an animated adaptation last year.

New Galactic Shenanigans Await

The sequel's narrative continues where the original left off - following your victory over the intergalactic cartel. The game's official description teases: "Just when you thought life couldn't get more complicated, a shadowy figure from your past resurfaces with a bounty on your sister's head, throwing your comfortable existence into mayhem."

Players will confront a fresh conspiracy threatening humanity while wielding an arsenal of chatty firearms. Squanch Games promises an expanded comedic voice cast, though specific talent announcements remain forthcoming.
