The My VIDA app is an integral part of this ecosystem, guiding you through every stage of vehicle ownership and beyond. Seamlessly connecting to your vehicle via WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and cloud connectivity, the app offers a range of remote functionalities.

Key features accessible via WiFi include turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call receiving and rejecting, missed call and SMS alerts, and phone status information (network, battery, and app connection). Cloud connectivity unlocks powerful features such as remote immobilization, live tracking, scooter location sharing, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall, accident), geofencing, incognito mode, customizable driving modes, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. Finally, BLE connectivity enables lock/unlock, ignition on/off, boot opening, and a "ping my scooter" function.

Beyond connectivity, the app allows you to schedule charging at nearby stations, plan commutes and navigation in advance, request at-home, on-road, or service station service appointments, and customize your ride to suit your environment or preferences.
