The official KFC South Africa app is your go-to solution for enjoying your favorite KFC meals with ease and exclusive benefits. With the KFC Hook-App, you can order your beloved KFC dishes online and choose from various convenient collection methods, including in-restaurant, Curbside, and Drive-Thru pickup. While delivery is currently available at 450 restaurants, we're excited to announce that we'll be expanding our delivery network in early 2022, so keep an eye out for updates. Collection, on the other hand, is available at 850 restaurants nationwide.

Ordering through the app is a breeze. Simply select your nearest KFC and opt for in-store collection from the front counter, Drive-Thru pickup (where available), or the convenient Curbside collection (available at over 50 restaurants). With Curbside, just order online, park in a dedicated bay, and a KFC team member will bring your order straight to your car.

To enhance your safety and ours, we encourage contactless payments through the app for a faster and completely touch-free experience. When it's time to collect your food, use the "check-in" feature on your phone to ensure your meal is prepared hot and fresh. Then, present your order number at the pick-up counter or drive-thru window to enjoy your KFC favorites.
