Airtel Tribe is the ultimate one-stop solution for retailers, streamlining customer service and personal account management with Airtel. With the Retailer Tribe App, retailers can efficiently handle a wide range of customer services, including new customer registration, editing existing registrations, SIM SWAP, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), airtime and bundle purchases, AM cash in/out, bill payments, as well as EVD/AM transfers for other retailers.

The app also empowers retailers to manage their own Airtel account seamlessly. They can view and edit their profile, view, update, request, and buy stock, check their sales hierarchy, reset AM/EVD pins, unlock accounts, apply for agent loans, and perform banking services directly from their account. Additionally, the application provides insights into transaction history, commissions earned, and overall performance on Airtel services. Retailers can perform various self-services and submit service requests to Airtel with ease. The app also supports key notes on training, surveys, and manages digital notices for retailers.
