This game is a third-person (and FPS mode) city simulator where you drive cars and motorbikes. Become a street legend, fighting crime in a city reminiscent of Miami or Las Vegas, but actually set in New York. The story follows an anti-car thief in a dangerous city.

Dominate the city with powerful military vehicles or upgrade your hero's combat skills. Keep the city beautiful; don't let it become a crime-ridden wasteland. Explore the vast city, go off-roading in the mountains, steal and drive supercars, shoot guns, and much more in this free open-world game! The crime-filled city is packed with gangs and aggressive factions. Choose your path: become a symbol of justice or a force of destruction. Purchase items in the shop to aid mission completion and rid the city of its mafia.

You possess special abilities: shoot laser beams from your eyes and use a grappling hook to climb buildings. Don't underestimate your powerful legs! And remember, the police are on your side.

Missions take place in various locations: city streets, Chinatown, and other gang territories. You're on a secret mission to steal crucial information about enemies, army bases, rebels, and the Mafia underworld. You’ll battle gangsters from around the globe: America, Russia, China, Mexico, Japan, and more.

The game features a fully open-world environment.
