In the furthest corners of the world, where the essence of magic still thrives, spirits embody the land, the sky, and every natural element. As European colonial powers extend their reach, they inevitably encounter a land where these spirits hold sway. When they do, the very land itself, alongside its native inhabitants, will rise to resist the encroachment.

"Spirit Island" is a cooperative settler-destruction strategy game crafted by R. Eric Reuss, set in an alternate history around A.D. 1700. Players assume the roles of various Spirits of the land, each wielding unique elemental powers. The objective is to defend the island home from colonizing Invaders who bring blight and destruction. Players collaborate with the native Dahan to bolster their powers and expel the invaders in this strategic area-control game.
