The call cut off just as I heard the distant roar of an explosion. I ran outside in time to witness a mushroom cloud rising over the horizon, instantly turning civilization into chaos. A year passed, and hope was fading—until I stumbled upon my daughter’s necklace in a bandit camp. That single discovery reignited my will to survive and fight through this desolate wasteland.
