The Iași Bilet app simplifies using Iași's public transportation system. This travel portal, provided by the Iași Public Transport Company, offers a comprehensive suite of features to make your commute easier.

Purchase tickets using your bank card, plan optimal routes, and view real-time locations of buses, trams, and trolleybuses on an interactive map. After creating an account and linking a transport card, easily top up your card with travel vouchers via online bank card payments. Monitor your card balance and active tickets anytime.

Manage multiple transport cards within a single account, topping up e-wallets, buying new subscriptions, or extending existing ones. Access a detailed transaction history for all purchases, validations, and other actions. Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles, submitting supporting documents for approval to access discounted or free fares.

Businesses collaborating with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios through the web portal or mobile app. Receive notifications on your device or via email regarding ticket purchases, expiration dates, and other card-related actions.

Plan your journey by inputting your starting point (current location or a custom address/point of interest/station) and destination. Save frequently used locations for quick access. The app displays walking distance to the nearest station, vehicle arrival times, and estimated trip duration.

Real-time tracking shows your necessary routes, including line changes. View complete or directional line routes on the map and save favorite lines. Receive alerts regarding service disruptions affecting your planned trips. Search for specific lines and see real-time vehicle locations. Check arrival times for all lines at a selected station (showing the next three arrivals and schedules).
