Story

"Botanicula" opens with an animated sequence that sets the story in motion: a monstrous spider consumes the elf trees, prompting a quest by five unlikely heroes to rescue the last Elven Tree. Our heroes are Poppy Head, Mr. Feather, Miss Mushroom, Mr. Twig, and Mr. Lantern.

Each possesses a unique talent—Poppy Head's strength, Mr. Feather's flight, Miss Mushroom's bounce, Mr. Twig's wall-walking, and Mr. Lantern's storage stomach.
