With offline maps, you can explore and conquer peaks across multiple countries, including the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Faroe Islands, Italy (Sardinia and Sicily), and Portugal (Madeira).

The Peak Hunters app features a growing database of peaks, where you can track your ascents using your mobile phone's GPS. Each successful climb earns you points based on the mountain's altitude and the difficulty of the ascent. Enhance your experience by adding personal ratings and photos to each peak you conquer. The app displays all peaks clearly on a map, allowing you to filter them by country, mountain range, or proximity to your current location.

For those venturing into remote areas, Peak Hunters offers the convenience of downloadable offline map data, ensuring you stay on track even in signal-challenged regions. These maps are powered by OpenStreetMaps and include detailed tourist routes. If you discover a peak missing from our database, simply long-press on the map to submit it for inclusion. Once approved, you'll earn bonus points and see your contribution featured alongside other peaks.

Engage with a dynamic set of statistics and collectible badges within the app. Your achievements are permanent, and you'll receive special congratulations for rare badges. For trip planning, access real-time weather forecasts for each peak, with projections up to 48 hours ahead.

A unique feature of Peak Hunters is the ability to identify mountain peaks by simply pointing your phone in their direction, provided the correct distance filter is set. You can also enjoy the app in an anonymous mode. In incognito mode, all features remain available, but your profile cannot be transferred to other devices, logged out, or restored if your device is lost or data is corrupted. We recommend trying the app in incognito mode before converting to a registered profile.
