Bloodline Rules: Following a significant year in 2024, the Bloodline takes center stage in WWE 2K25, with Roman Reigns gracing the cover and the faction prominently featured in the Dynasty mode. In Bloodline Rules matches, it's an anything-goes scenario with no disqualifications, where victory is achieved by pin or submission. These matches are notorious for interference from other WWE superstars, the use of props and weapons, and referees who are often incapacitated.

Intergender Matches: As the name suggests, Intergender Matches bring together male and female superstars in thrilling confrontations. After years of fan demand, WWE 2K25 finally includes these matches, allowing for dynamic and diverse matchups.

Underground Matches: These matches blend professional wrestling with elements of MMA, removing the ropes from the ring and having other superstars line the perimeter to keep the action inside. Initially featured on Raw, Underground Matches have found a new home in NXT.
