World of Warcraft's Extended Timewalking Extravaganza: Seven Weeks of Turbulent Timeways!

Get ready for a Timewalking marathon! World of Warcraft's Turbulent Timeways event is back, offering a whopping seven weeks of Timewalking campaigns until February 24th. This extended event brings exciting new rewards, a mountain of Timewarped Badges, and a significant experience boost. Complete five weeks of Timewalking and claim the coveted Timely Buzzbee mount!

Launched in September 2023, the Turbulent Timeways initially featured five weeks of Timewalking. This time around, the event is even bigger and better. Players can earn the stackable Mastery of Timeways buff, granting a 20% experience bonus after completing four Timewalking dungeons.

Achieve Mastery of Timeways in at least five of these seven weeks to unlock the Mastery of the Turbulent Timeways 2 achievement and its adorable Timely Buzzbee mount reward. Timewalking vendors across all expansions have permanent additions to their inventories, including Season of Discovery transmogs at the Classic vendor. This event also offers a second chance to obtain the Sandy Shalewing pet. Plus, completing the weekly Timewalking dungeon quest awards Heroic-level gear throughout the Turbulent Timeways event.

Following the recent 20th-anniversary event (which included 11 weeks of Timewalking!), players will experience a remarkable 18 consecutive weeks of Timewalking adventures.

The Turbulent Timeways' conclusion date hints at future World of Warcraft plans. With the final Timewalking campaign ending February 24th, and considering Blizzard's typical release schedule, February 25th is a strong contender for the launch of World of Warcraft Patch 11.1, Undermined. This aligns with a 10-week gap following Patch 11.0.7. Coupled with the return of Plunderstorm (January 14th – February 17th) and the upcoming War Within update, World of Warcraft is setting the stage for an action-packed start to 2025.
