Ultra Beast Pokémon Arrive in Pokémon TCG Pocket with Extradimensional Crisis Pack

The Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is set to expand its roster with the arrival of Ultra Beasts through a new booster pack titled Extradimensional Crisis. This upcoming update promises to introduce a more enigmatic and otherworldly dimension to the game, tapping into the mysterious essence of the Pokémon universe.

What’s in Store in the Extradimensional Crisis Pack of Pokémon TCG Pocket?

The Extradimensional Crisis pack will feature several iconic Ultra Beasts from the Pokémon Sun and Moon era. Among them are Buzzwole ex, Blacephalon, Nihilego, and Guzzlord ex—powerful creatures that emerged through Ultra Wormholes and brought with them an eerie, alien energy unlike anything seen before.

These additions bring a fresh dynamic to gameplay, aligning with the theme of interdimensional mystery that defines this release. The Extradimensional Crisis booster pack is scheduled to arrive on May 29th.

In celebration of the release, players can also obtain an exclusive Ultra Beast-themed binder cover starting the same day. It will be available in the Shop for purchase using standard shop tickets.

Additionally, a new floral display board will become accessible during a special event. Players can earn event-specific shop tickets via the upcoming Wonder Pick Event to claim this unique item.

The Extradimensional Crisis update also introduces more Alola region Pokémon into the game. One standout debut is Type: Null, which makes its first appearance in the app. Get a closer look at the pack in the trailer below.

The game has also lined up a trio of events through June

Kicking off the festivities is the Ultra Beast Drop Event, running from June 4th to June 14th. During this time, players can participate in solo battles to earn promo cards—including the brand-new Ultra Necrozma ex.

Following closely, the Wonder Pick Event will take place from June 12th to June 22nd. Completing missions during this period allows players to collect cards such as Poipole and Stufful, along with the event shop tickets needed for the floral display board.

Rounding out the series is the Ultra Beast Mass Outbreak Event, scheduled from June 23rd to June 29th. During this event, Ultra Beast-related cards will appear more frequently in rare and bonus picks, offering increased chances to add powerful creatures to your collection.
