Navigating the Garbage Zone in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl and Locating Traders

After exiting the Lesser Zone, your journey continues into the expansive Garbage area. Due to the distance from your starting base, encountering traders will take time. This guide details the locations of traders within the Garbage zone.

Stalker 2 Garbage Trader Locations

Initially, quest markers won't directly lead you to the Slag Heap hub. Progressing the main storyline is necessary, specifically completing the "Answers Come at a Price" quest. This unlocks the Slag Heap location, after visiting the Detention Center and Laboratory and meeting Scar.

While the game guides you there later, the Slag Heap (north of the laboratory) can be explored earlier. Two traders await:

• Boozer: Situated at the Slag Heap entrance, Boozer runs the bar, selling food and drinks while also buying various items. He's hard to miss.

• Huron: Located to the left, then through the open door on your right. Huron specializes in weapons and gear. His room also houses your personal stash. Speaking with him initiates a side quest.

While not a trader, a Tech is also found at the back of the left corridor. Interacting with Diode, the Tech, is crucial for main quest progression.
