Omega Force is developing "Dynasty Warriors Origins," a tactical action game set during the Three Kingdoms period. This marks the first mainline Dynasty Warriors entry since 2018's Dynasty Warriors 9 (excluding the 2022 expansion). Launching in 2025 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam), the game features a "Nameless Hero" protagonist.

The report also confirms the global release of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8 Remake" (October 2024, PS4, PS5, Switch, PC) and "FAIRY TAIL 2" (Winter 2024, PS4, PS5, Switch, PC). Crucially, it mentions several unannounced titles, including at least one AAA game.

Strong sales of Rise of the Ronin fueled Koei Tecmo's Q1 console gaming profits, reinforcing their ambition to become a major player in the AAA market.
