You'll have a higher chance of encountering Pokémon such as Wooper (Paldean Form) and Clodsire, with slightly increased probabilities for Psyduck, Pinsir, Pichu, Ralts, Aron, Absol, Grubbin, Mimikyu, and Fuecoco.
