This guide provides a walkthrough for unlocking and completing the Trial of the Sekhemas in Path of Exile 2, a challenging endgame activity offering valuable loot. While not part of the main storyline, it's crucial for early progression and loot acquisition.

Unlocking the Trial of the Sekhemas:

To access the Trial, you must first defeat Balbala the Traitor, a formidable boss encountered in Act 2's Traitor's Passage. Her swift and powerful attacks make her a tough opponent early in the game. Upon defeating her, she drops Balbala's Barya, the key to unlocking the Trial.

After this victory, navigate to the Trial of the Sekhemas location using the Ardura's travel map or a Waypoint. You'll find a dilapidated temple where Balbala, now acting as a guide, awaits. Place Balbala's Barya on the Relic Altar to initiate your Trial run. Good luck!
