How to Start Invaders in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

You can initiate the Invaders side quest early in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. After spending a couple of days away from Hans Capon, return to the inn in Troskowitz and engage with the innkeeper. She will inform you about the unease caused by the Cumans among the locals and request your assistance in serving them.

This interaction marks the beginning of the Invaders side quest. You have the option to either take the Cumans' order or refuse to serve them. Regardless of your choice, a confrontation will ensue between the Cumans and the townspeople, influenced by your dialogue choices, requiring you to align with one side or the other.

After the skirmish, the Cumans will depart, and Vuytek will task you with ensuring they do not return to Troskowitz.
