Astral Feathers are exceptionally rare, dropping only from the Astral Swan. This majestic bird resides deep within the Abandoned District, requiring significant story progression to access.

To reach the Astral Swan, extensively explore the Abandoned District, unlocking numerous Skyways and Warp Spires. This enhances navigation and access to various islands.

The Astral Swan is located on the Stellar Fishing Ground island. Progress through the main storyline until reaching the central island housing the Handsome Lads Circus. Unlock the corresponding Warp Spire for easy return access. Ensure Nikki possesses the Floral Gliding ability.

Utilize the Warp Spire to navigate towards the Strawhat Sleepy Station, granting Skyway access to the Stellar Fishing Ground. Employ Floral Gliding, utilizing currents and stamina restoration items.
