IGN’s GOTY Just Got a 77% Discount for Prime Day

Metaphor: ReFantazio is now just $15.96, offering an incredible deal on an RPG that could easily keep you engaged for dozens of hours. The game is also discounted on PlayStation 5, dropping from $69.99 to $40.

Metaphor: ReFantazio shares many traits with Atlus’ acclaimed Persona series—featuring dungeon crawling, calendar management, and a party to level up—but it’s set in a vibrant, thought-provoking fantasy world that continues to resonate a year after launch.

“By refining the Atlus RPG formula of blending challenging turn-based combat with deep social simulation mechanics, Metaphor: ReFantazio doesn’t just deliver a powerful political narrative—it becomes a moving testament to the lasting impact storytelling can have on players,” Michael Higham wrote in his review, awarding the game a 9/10.

At this price, it’s hard to argue against giving it a try—even for fans of more casual turn-based RPGs. And don’t miss the free demo available on the Xbox Store, which lets you transfer your progress to the full version. Just keep in mind, this deal won’t last—don’t let it slip away.
