Honor of Kings Invitational Series 2 champions crowned, new Southeast Asia championship announced

LGD Gaming Malaysia Triumphs at Honor of Kings Invitational Series 2

LGD Gaming Malaysia has emerged victorious at the Honor of Kings Invitational Series 2, securing the championship title and a significant portion of the $300,000 prize pool. Their grand finals victory over Team Secret solidifies their position as a leading force in the mobile MOBA.

This win earns LGD Gaming Malaysia a coveted spot at the Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason tournament, held at the Esports World Cup in Saudi Arabia this August. They will compete against twelve other international teams for further glory and prize money.

Expanding the Honor of Kings Esports Ecosystem

Beyond the Invitational Series 2, Honor of Kings is making significant strides in expanding its competitive scene. The announcement of a new Southeast Asia Championship underscores the game's global ambitions and its potential to become a dominant force in mobile esports.

With Riot Games' reduced presence in the APAC and SEA regions, Honor of Kings is well-positioned to fill the void and become the premier mobile esports title in these areas.
