Gundam enthusiasts rejoice! An official GUNDAM TCG is on the horizon! A promotional video posted on the official GUNDAM TCG X (formerly Twitter) account on September 27th announced a "new global TCG project #GUNDAM." This exciting news coincides with the Mobile Suit Gundam 45th anniversary celebrations. Whether the game will be exclusively physical or include online functionality remains to be seen.

Complete details will be shared on October 3rd at 7 PM JST during Bandai's CARD GAMES Next Plan Announcement livestream on the official Bandai YouTube channel. The announcement will feature popular actors Kanata Hongo and Kotoko Sasaki, along with former TV Tokyo announcer Shohei Taguchi. Hongo, a known GUNPLA enthusiast, participated in the GUNPLA 40th Anniversary Project in 2020, showcasing his passion for both GUNPLA and the Gundam franchise.
