To obtain it, complete the Diamond Casino Heist prep mission, "Vault Keycards." This involves stealing two keycards from Duggan and prison guards. Upon mission completion, purchase the outfit from a clothing store within the Diamond Casino Heist section.

Obtaining the IAA Agent Outfit in GTA Online

The IAA Agent outfit represents a CIA agent working for the International Affairs Agency, responsible for national security. This uniform is acquired through specific ULP contact missions:
