Nintendo's Doug Bowser Talks Future Plans in SF Interview
Nintendo debuts its San Francisco location today, May 15, at 331 Powell Street in Union Square. This marks the company's second official U.S. retail store following its flagship Nintendo NY location (formerly known as Nintendo World Store before its 2016 renovation and rebranding).
IGN got an exclusive look inside the new West Coast store and sat down with Nintendo of America president Doug Bowser to discuss why the company chose now to expand its physical retail presence.

Naturally, our conversation turned to the highly anticipated Nintendo Switch 2 launching June 5. We pressed Bowser on U.S. availability at launch, those controversial Game-Key Cards, and other burning questions about Nintendo's next-generation console.
