Disney Lorcana has unveiled major updates for the trading card game's future, including the September 5, 2025 release of its ninth set - Fabled. This groundbreaking expansion will introduce the game's first-ever Iconic and Epic card rarities while finally bringing A Goofy Movie characters into the mix.

Fabled Set Introduces Game-Changing Features

The Fabled expansion will revolutionize Disney Lorcana when it launches, bringing:

• The debut of ultra-rare Iconic Cards (only two per set)
• New Epic rarity tier between Legendary and Enchanted
• The long-awaited arrival of A Goofy Movie characters
• The first card rotation for competitive play

Mickey and Minnie Mouse will be the inaugural Iconic Cards, featuring special carousel-themed artwork. The set also introduces reprints of popular early cards like Winnie the Pooh (Hunny Wizard) to help newer players build competitive decks.
