Next, travel northwest across the bridge to the Kojo ruins. Here, Mucho poses as a family jochu to get close to her targets. You'll find her struggling with a child on the road south of the ruins. Use the child’s resistance to approach, then deal with Mucho's unprovoked attack. Escort the child back to her mother, and continue your pursuit of the Butterfly Collector faction.

Richo

Richo, a young woman who blends in with the higher class despite her peasant-like speech, can be traced to a bamboo grove in Noda Village, just north of Osaka. Rumors of a suspicious woman frequenting the area lead you to her. Inside the grove, you'll find Richo dressed in pink. Take her down, either stealthily or through direct combat, and rescue the kidnapped child.

Kacho

Kacho, the leader of the Butterfly Collector, is a formidable opponent known for her cult-like control over her followers. She's located north of the Nishinomaru Garden, west of Osaka Castle, in a restricted zone. Look for a flurry of butterflies to pinpoint her location. Engage her in conversation, then prepare for a lethal confrontation. Kacho's demise leaves one final member to address.

Gamemaker

The quest concludes with the Gamemaker, who initiated the butterfly hunt. Return to her marked location on the map to confront her. As a former victim, she devised the collecting game in hopes of exposing the Butterfly Collector and saving others from her fate.
