The DC x Sonic the Hedgehog series brings together Sonic veterans writer Ian Flynn and artist Adam Bryce Thomas. The debut issue features cover artwork by Pablo M. Collar and Ethan Young.

This unexpected crossover begins when Darkseid senses a powerful energy source and breaches the dimensional barrier into Sonic's world. The Justice League and Team Sonic must combine their strengths to prevent the Lord of Apokolips from enslaving a new universe.

This comic series is part of a major Warner Bros. and Sega partnership. The collaboration includes an exclusive Target product line featuring Shadow the Hedgehog reimagined as Batman, available as T-shirts and hoodies.
