DC Comics Unveils Batman: Hush 2 Preview Art
2025 is shaping up to be a monumental year for DC Comics, with the much-anticipated release of *Batman: Hush 2* being the crown jewel of their lineup. It's not every day that DC's President, Publisher, and Chief Creative Officer Jim Lee steps back into the world of monthly Batman comics. Scheduled to begin in March's *Batman #158*, this storyline serves as a direct sequel to the critically acclaimed *Hush* saga, which originally ran from 2002 to 2004.
DC has unveiled an extended preview of *Batman #158*, as well as early glimpses of *Batman #159* and a variety of variant covers that will be featured as part of *Hush 2* (or *H2sh*, as some fans affectionately call it). You can explore all these exciting visuals in the slideshow gallery below:

While DC has explored several Hush-centric storylines in the years following the original, *Batman: Hush 2* marks the first time the original creative team has reunited for this sequel. This eagerly awaited project brings back writer Jeph Loeb, artist Jim Lee, inker Scott Williams, colorist Alex Sinclair, and letterer Richard Starkings, promising a return to the high-quality storytelling and art that fans loved in the initial series.
*Hush 2* picks up from the recent epilogue in the *Batman: Hush 20th Anniversary Edition*, where the Dark Knight uncovers evidence that his childhood friend Tommy Elliot, also known as Hush, survived their last confrontation. This revelation sets the stage for a gripping new mystery, as Hush cunningly manipulates Batman's circle of allies and enemies.
The sequel will unfold across *Batman #158-163*, with the first issue, *Batman #158*, set to hit stores on March 26. Following this storyline, DC plans to relaunch the series with a new #1 issue and introduce a new costume for the Dark Knight. This new era will be spearheaded by writer Matt Fraction and artist Jorge Jimenez, promising fresh adventures and a revitalized Batman experience.
