This free gift is located in the Fortnite Winterfest Lodge. Access the Lodge via the snowflake icon on the main menu.

Look for a yellow gift box with a red ribbon on the lodge floor. Open the box to claim the Santa Dogg outfit. (Shaking it won't work!)
