Alchemy Stars Offline Version Announced After 4 Years

Alchemy Stars is shutting down its online services on January 24th, 2025, but not before offering players a special offline version. Tencent and Level Infinite announced the transition last month. This offline version allows players to replay the story and access their saved progress.

Shutdown Date and Offline Transition:

The game's online servers will cease operation on January 24th, 2025. A crucial update (version 1.43.0) will be released on January 10th, 2025, from 4:00 to 9:00 GMT, introducing a local data save function. Players must update their game and save their progress before the shutdown date.

Saving Your Game Data:

A data save button will be available on the main game screen. Players can save their data multiple times, but this option will only be available until January 24th at 4:00 GMT. Unsaved data will be lost permanently after this time.

Offline Version Limitations:

The offline version will be a one-time download; reinstalling or re-downloading after deletion won't be possible. No further updates will be provided for the offline version. However, it will allow players to revisit the story, upgrade units, and interact with their saved data.
