The Hospital Authority (HA) introduces HA Go, a comprehensive mobile application designed to simplify healthcare management. Integrating several existing HA apps and incorporating new features, HA Go puts essential healthcare tools at your fingertips. Key features include:

• Appointment Management: View upcoming appointments and access your attendance history for the past year.

• Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOPC) Booking: Easily apply for new SOPC appointments across various specialties, including Anaesthesiology (Pain Clinic), Cardiothoracic Surgery, Clinical Oncology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Eye, Gynaecology, Medicine, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics, Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Paediatrics, and Surgery.

• Convenient Payment Options: Pay your HA bills securely through the app, utilizing options like "Scan and Pay" and "Barcode for convenience stores." View your billing information directly within the app.

• Rehabilitation Support: Access personalized rehabilitation programs designed by therapists. Enjoy multimedia content, including videos and games, allowing you to complete exercises at your own pace, anywhere, anytime.

• Medication Management: View your dispensing records, access drug information, and review your allergy history.

• My Health Info: Receive health information and instructions from healthcare professionals in various formats: e-pamphlets, videos, and audio soundtracks with customizable repetition settings. Play soundtracks within the app or in the background. All health information is provided by the Hospital Authority.
