Finally, a solo Spanish deck for Android has arrived, offering a unique twist on the classic solitaire experience.
The game utilizes a traditional 40-card Spanish deck, delivering gameplay that closely mirrors the French deck version while introducing its own distinctive rules and challenges. The objective remains the same: reveal all the cards and move them to their respective foundations to build complete sequences from Ace to King in each suit. The game is lost when no further moves are possible.
When playing with the Spanish deck, cards are arranged into piles based on letter posts (not colors), and must be ordered from highest to lowest value. This subtle difference adds a new layer of strategy compared to the standard French deck variant.
Three Game Modes with Unique Rules:
Easy Game (Partida Fácil): Played under standard French solitaire rules, with the exception that instead of alternating colors, suits alternate—allowing players to move single or stacked groups of cards. Empty spaces can only be filled with Kings.
Normal Game: The classic Spanish solitaire style. In this mode, you may only move the top card of each pile, but any card can fill an empty space—not just Kings.
Hard Game (Partida Difícil): A challenging variation of the Spanish solitaire. Similar to the normal mode, but empty spaces can only be filled with Kings, significantly increasing the difficulty.
Game Features:
At any point during gameplay, you can undo your last move using the "Undo" button. Start a fresh game at your selected difficulty level using the "New Game" button, or return to the main menu by tapping the Menu icon.
When no more cards remain in the deck and all cards in the piles are face-up, an "Autofill" button appears, pausing the timer. Pressing it instantly moves all remaining cards to their appropriate foundations.
The game tracks comprehensive statistics, including total games played and won, win rates per level, and personal best times and move counts. You can view these stats anytime by tapping the "i" button.
Resume Gameplay:
The app supports game continuation. If you exit the game or close the app while a game is in progress, you'll have the option to resume your previous session or start a new one upon relaunch.
Facebook Integration:
Connect via your Facebook account to access:
- Leaderboards for all three difficulty levels
- Friend rankings for the level you're currently playing
- The ability to invite friends to join the game
- Score sharing functionality with your Facebook contacts
Scoring System:
Each movement contributes to your score, calculated using a multiplier system known as FactorX.
For example:
- Moving a card to reveal another earns +5 points. With a X50 multiplier, this becomes +250 points; with X20, it’s +100 points.
Point-generating actions include:
- Discard pile to base: +10 points
- Stack to base: +10 points
- Graveyard to graveyard: +5 points
- Revealing a card in the tableau: +5 points
- Pile to base: -15 points
The [ttpp]X[yyxx] multiplier, displayed at the bottom of the screen, decreases over time, making early moves more valuable. The higher the multiplier, the greater the reward per action—encouraging quick thinking and strategic planning.
We hope you enjoy countless hours of engaging gameplay!
