Pokémon Go’s Road to Unova event is the perfect way to prepare for this year’s tour

The Pokémon Go Tour: Unova is almost here! The global event takes place March 1st and 2nd, packed with Unova-region Pokémon and activities. But before the main event, get a head start with "Road to Unova," running February 24th to March 1st.

This pre-event offers a free Tour Pass, allowing you to earn Tour Points by completing tasks and unlocking bonuses. For a boosted experience, the optional Tour Pass Deluxe provides enhanced rewards, including a Victini encounter.

Shiny Meloetta makes its Pokémon Go debut! Obtain it via a Masterwork Research ticket ($4.99), available at your own pace. Additional tickets offer exclusive bonuses like themed eggs or raid rewards, plus avatar items.

Road to Unova features increased wild spawns of Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott, with chances to find their evolved forms. Raids will include Genesect (various Drives), Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion, offering Pokémon with special Black and White-themed backgrounds.
