4. Cross the beam, jump another gap, and reach a rusted metal platform.
5. Use the ladders to climb the platform, then utilize the stacked boxes to access a narrow path.
6. Carefully traverse the concrete path and the connecting beam to the center.
7. Locate another beam with a pole; cross it and jump to the platform on the right. Use the stairs to reach the third floor.
8. Finally, jump the gap, crouch under the beam, and use the stairs to reach the roof.
