Does Pity Carry Over in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium? Answered

Sunborn's Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, a free-to-play tactical RPG for PC and mobile, features gacha mechanics. A common question among players is whether the pity system carries over between banners. The short answer is: yes.

Does Pity Carry Over Between Banners in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium?

Your pity counter and pulls from one limited-time banner will transfer to the next. During the global launch, simultaneous Suomi and Ullrid banners demonstrated this. Pity progress accumulated on either banner, allowing players to switch between them and potentially secure a rate-up character with a single remaining pull. This carryover applies to all future limited banners, confirmed by Chinese players on Reddit. However, the pity counter does not carry over between limited and standard banners.

Pity Mechanics:

Remember that while the hard pity is at 80 pulls, soft pity begins around 58 pulls. Your chances of obtaining an SSR unit gradually increase after 58 pulls, culminating in a guaranteed SSR at pull 80.

This information should clarify the pity system in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium. For more game guides, including rerolling, tier lists, and mailbox locations, check out The Escapist.
