Modded 'Bloodborne' Restores Cut Content for PC
The Bloodborne Magnum Opus mod, now available for PC, reinstates all cut content from the original game, including multiple simultaneous boss encounters. Despite some texture and animation glitches, enemies remain functional.
Magnum Opus significantly alters the Bloodborne experience, reintroducing weapons, armor sets, and relocating certain enemies. The accompanying video showcases several of these new boss encounters.
While a PC release was nearly a reality last August, with hints from Hidetaka Miyazaki, no official announcement has been made. This has led players to explore workarounds and emulators.
The recent emergence of a functional PS4 emulator has been a game-changer. Modders quickly accessed the game and its character editor, though initial gameplay proved challenging. This hurdle has now been overcome, with online videos demonstrating Bloodborne running on PC, albeit with imperfections.
