KEMCO Launches Metro Quester: A New Mobile Dungeon RPG

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash has just hit the Android scene, and it's a fresh twist on the classic KEMCO formula. This turn-based JRPG dives deep into the gritty, old-school dungeon crawler experience, offering a unique adventure for fans of the genre.

Seek the Truth of a Lost World

In Metro Quester, you take on the role of a scavenger, venturing underground with your crew to gather resources before your weekly food quota of 100 runs out every seven in-game days. Your journey takes you through the monster-filled ruins of places like Otemachi and Ginza, searching for leftovers that could mean the difference between survival and starvation. Remember, you can only level up once you return to a safe camp, provided you've survived and collected enough resources.

With 24 characters to choose from, each belonging to one of eight distinct classes, the game offers deep customization. Your choice of combo skills, weapons, and strategies is crucial. Each ability costs action points, and you're limited to five points and one use per ability each round, making strategic planning essential.

The dungeon in Metro Quester reveals itself as you explore, uncovering food buried in dirt, monster nests, keys to new areas, and potential campgrounds where you can establish a new base.

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash Is Now Out on Android

The visual style of Metro Quester is intentionally minimalistic, with a bleak and colorless environment that starkly contrasts with your vibrant team. To get a better sense of the game's atmosphere, check out the official trailer below.

For those who crave more after the main campaign, there's a NEW GAME+ mode that ramps up the challenge, perfect for players who enjoy replaying with increased difficulty.

Metro Quester – Hack & Slash is now available on Android for $14.99. Note that it does not support game controllers and is available only in English and Japanese. You can download it from the Google Play Store.
