Final Fantasy Fixes Controller Issues

Patches for Final Fantasy VII Remake are now available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the PlayStation 5. This update resolves controller vibration issues stemming from motor malfunctions. The game follows Cloud Strife, a former SOLDIER, as he joins Avalanche to thwart Shinra Electric Power Company's planet-destroying plans.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, the sequel continuing the story after the escape from Midgar, receives update 1.080. This update refines the game's atmosphere, enhancing realism and providing a more immersive tactile experience. The PC version launches January 23, 2025. This second installment in the trilogy expands the narrative and significantly increases the emphasis on exploration.

While Final Fantasy XVI's initial May 2024 sales were disappointing and ultimately fell short of fiscal year projections, the exact figures remain undisclosed. Similarly, Square Enix has not released sales data for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, which also underperformed expectations.

However, the company clarified that they don't consider Final Fantasy VII Rebirth a complete sales failure. Furthermore, they remain confident that Final Fantasy XVI can still meet its targets within the 18-month timeframe.
