Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete Snack Guide: Maximize Friendship Levels

This guide covers everything you need to know about snacks in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, focusing on how to acquire them and which ones to use for maximizing friendship levels with your animal friends. Boosting friendship levels is key to increasing your Camp Manager Level, so efficient snack usage is crucial.

Obtaining Snacks in Pocket Camp Complete

The most reliable method for acquiring snacks is through Gulliver's Ship.

Gulliver's Ship Guide

Sending Gulliver to special "gold islands" (identified by Villager Maps) yields the best rewards. Completing a special island grants a bonus of 20 Gold Treats. If you've already collected all Villager Maps, focus on "Isle of Style" islands for a guaranteed 3 Gold Treats as a souvenir plus 3 more as a completion bonus.

Remember: You can view only three islands at a time. A daily free refresh is available via the upper-right corner icon. Gulliver's voyages require crafting cargo (available in your furniture catalog); some islands require specific themed furniture (e.g., Exotic Rug for Exotic Islands). The island's icon reveals the snack type. Longer voyages (6 hours) generally offer more treats. For instance, Piano Island provides all three Tart variations.

Alternative Snack Sources

  • Requests and Gifts: Bronze, Silver, and Gold Treats can be earned by fulfilling requests or receiving gifts.
  • Daily Goals: Silver and Gold Treats are often part of daily goals.
  • Blathers's Treasure Trek: Use Leaf Tokens (5) for Auto-Trek to collect all Bronze, Silver, and Gold Treats from your Villager Maps.

Understanding Snack Types and Values

Snacks are categorized into regular (Bronze, Silver, Gold Treats) and themed snacks. Themed snacks have three tiers: Plain, Tasty, and Gourmet, with Gourmet offering the highest friendship points.

Giving Snacks Effectively

Always check an animal's theme (found by tapping their icon at your campsite or in your Contacts/Pete's Parcel Service) before giving them a snack. Matching themes maximize friendship points. Gold Treats are universally beneficial and provide the highest point gain (25 points). Ten Gold Treats can boost a level 1 animal to level 15. Select "Have a snack!" (highlighted in red) to give a treat.
