How to Play the Carcassonne Civilization Board Game Online

The game board is a medieval landscape that players collaboratively build as the game unfolds.

With 72 tiles in total, the game begins with one terrain tile face up, while the remaining 71 are shuffled face down for players to draw. Enjoy this top-tier table game and win the war for Carcassonne.

On each turn, a player draws a new terrain tile and must place it adjacent to tiles already on the board.

Place the new tile so it logically extends the features of the tiles it touches: roads must connect to roads, fields to fields, and cities to cities. If you love tabletop games and enjoyed board games as a child, this is the ultimate popular and fun board game to play with friends.

After placing a tile, the player may choose to deploy a piece called a "follower" or "meeple" on one of that tile's eligible slots. A follower cannot be used to claim any section that is connected to or extends a section already claimed by another player.

The game concludes when the final tile is placed. At that point, all features—including fields—are scored for players with followers on them. The player with the highest score wins the game of Carcassonne.

How Does the Scoring System Work in the Conquer of Carcassonne Board Game?

This represents the evolution of board games, featuring speedy gameplay and an automatic scoring system.

During a player's turn, completed cities, cloisters, and roads (but not fields) are scored immediately. Fields are tallied at the game's end.

If two players have followers in the same section, the player with more followers in that area earns the points. In case of a tie, both players receive the points.
